Mystery shopping and assessments

Results of mystery shopping, gap analyses and evaluations belong to the client that commissioned them. How individual results are reported, and who can see them, is agreed with that client in advance.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your details at any time where we are not required to keep them.
